Club champs 2016 – Final Ladies draw, Draft Mens draw

Hi all

Below is a breakdown of the draws. Each draw’s final will have a designated slot on the 17th to be played (to allow people to watch). The mens A draw’s 3rd/4th playoff will also have a designated slot.

The B, C and D mens groups will have to play their first game by Monday the 12th. Second game to be played by the 14th. Third game to be played by the 16th and last games to be played on the 17th.

The mens D group as well as the ladies group only have 3 games, so plan accordingly.

If you are playing in the ladies and mens draw please make sure you can fit all the games in.

The rules:

  • Groups of 16 will be formed, playing swiss pairing. Rankings determined from CLUB LADDER (sorta).
  • Scoring to 15 using green dot ball (except mens A group, scoring to 11)
  • If required, ask someone to mark your game.
  • If you have courts booked for that week, please cancel them so that the club can activate the lights for everyone playing.
  • Please write your names down when you BOTH arrive at the club (on the white board). This determines order of play on open courts. DON’T write your names down if your opponent isn’t at the court yet.
  • Update your scores on the form and please contact your next opponent.

REMEMBER, THE RESULTS OF THE CLUB CHAMPS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE LADDER GOING FORWARD

Ladies Draw

The ladies draw is final. Please play your first game as soon as possible, and then your second game before Friday the 16th. The final will take place before the Mens A group 3/4 playoff and Mens A final.
